murr-made asked: this is the coolest and creepiest blog ever.

You know it’s funny…in the beginning I was a little hesitant to start this blog. I actually wasn’t going to make it at one point. I love finding photos that correlates with my perception of mannequins but I found too much which lead to my interest in making a blog. I thought most people would find my personal obsession boring or uninteresting and I would probably have 1 follower ha ha. BUT then I thought you know what… it’ll be MY blog and it’s an expression of my love for mannequins so if I get 1 follower so be it……..you guys are awesome thanks for tolerating me and my weirdness. : )
Much Love,
Romannequins
WOW!O..O! I’m so ecstatic and what a wonderful year it’s been so far : ) …..original photo here.
I remember when I was younger I fell in love with a mannequin and since the manager refused to let me keep her I went to visit her every other day since the store was near my school. I was a lonely kid. Ha… I use to tell people instead of growing old with a bunch of cats I was going to grow old with a bunch of mannequins. Well one day I went to that store she was gone. They replaced her with some faceless glossy thing ugh! I was highly upset. The manager thought I was psychotic and told me to leave and I never saw her again……
Thank you! It’s crazy I honestly didn’t expect to have this much followers. It’s nice to know that I’m not the only weirdo who’s fascinated by creepy mannequins. I don’t understand how people can use mannequins as only a fashion accessory. They can be used for so much more. Their arms make a great chandelier! : )
